70% Single Origin Dark Chocolate- Andhra Pradesh

Not a rich/creamy mouthfeel - a 70% should have it. There’s a sour aftertaste, like a 90% usually has - is it over fermented? Loose inner packing that looks tacky and is hard to open without breaking the chocolate. Cute but environmentally wasteful pictures with chocolate. Very sorry to be so blunt. Best wishes.

Not good, very bitter, need to acquire that taste, nothing special just strange combinations of dark chocolate
