70% Dark Chocolate Couverture- 1Kg

Arrived in excellent condition, nicely tempered. I've used it for baking and candy-making and I've been absolutely delighted with the richness of the chocolate flavor it imparts into everything and the smoothness of the way it melts. It's perhaps the best Indian chocolate I've found, as good as any good quality chocolate sourced from abroad. My only issue is that the thickness of the couverture bar makes it a bit of a struggle to chop the chocolate for home use. It's worth the effort! ... but I do wish it was available in thinner bars or chips.
