It arrived in perfect condition and has been ideal in everything I've used it for. My only issue with it is that the couverture bar is so think that it is difficult to cut and break into smaller bits for melting or adding as "chips" into baked goods. The taste and texture of the chocolate has been the best I've had of Indian chocolates—world class, in fact. I just wish the form-factor was easier to work with.
